Terms of Service
Last updated October 23, 2026
1. The agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Spraydar (“Spraydar,” “we,” “us”), a sole proprietorship based in Colorado that operates the website and app at spraydar.app (the “Service”). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Spraydar on behalf of a school, club or other organization, you're agreeing for that organization too, and you confirm you have authority to do so.
If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use Spraydar.
2. Accounts and coach logins
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Spraydar is built for coaches and program staff, not players.
- Each coach login is for one person. Don't share logins; add a coach seat instead. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.
- Coaches you add to your program get full access to its data. Only add people you trust with it.
- Give us accurate account information and keep your email address current, so you receive receipts and reminders.
3. Plans, payment and refunds
- Plans are one-time payments: a Season Pass (5 months) or an Annual plan (12 months), plus any extra coach seats you add. Plans do not renew automatically. To keep going, buy a new plan before yours ends.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. Prices are shown before you pay; we may change prices for future purchases, never for a plan you've already bought.
- All sales are final. Because plans are a single payment for a fixed period, we don't offer refunds or partial refunds for unused time or seats, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake (for example, charged twice), email spraydarapp@gmail.com and we'll fix it.
- When your plan ends, your account becomes read-only: your data stays, but importing and editing pause until you buy a new plan.
- Extra coach seats last until the end of the plan they were added to.
4. Your data
- You own the data you put into Spraydar (games, players, notes and logos). You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you.
- Your program's data is private to your program. We don't sell it, and we don't show your identifiable data to other programs.
- We may use aggregated, anonymous statistics (with no player names, teams or programs attached) to keep Spraydar working and improve it. Any feature that compares players across different programs will only use data from programs that choose to take part.
- You can ask us to delete your program's data at any time by emailing spraydarapp@gmail.com. We may keep limited records we're required to keep, such as payment records. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
5. Player information and minors
Scouting data often describes high school and youth players, many of whom are minors. By uploading data to Spraydar, you agree that:
- You have the right to use the game data you upload, such as games your team played or data you're permitted to access.
- You'll use player information only for coaching and scouting, and you won't publish it, sell it, or use it to embarrass, harass or contact players.
- You'll follow the rules of your school, league or association, and any law that applies to you.
Spraydar isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18.
6. GameChanger and other services
Spraydar works with game data you export from GameChanger, but Spraydar is not affiliated with or endorsed by GameChanger. You're responsible for following GameChanger's terms when you access and export data from it. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content.
7. Acceptable use
Don't:
- share logins, resell access, or give access to people outside your program;
- scrape, copy or bulk-download the Service, or try to get around its limits or security;
- reverse engineer the Service or use it to build a competing product;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you don't have the right to upload;
- interfere with the Service or other users.
8. Scouting information is advice
Spraydar's reports, shift cards, threat ratings and other suggestions are generated from the data you import and are offered as guidance only. They can be wrong, especially with small samples or incomplete data. Coaching decisions are yours, and we don't guarantee any result on the field.
9. Changes to the Service
We're always improving Spraydar, so features may change, be added or be retired. We work to keep the Service available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If we ever shut Spraydar down, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to get your data.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Spraydar at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts other users or the Service at risk; where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. Sections that by their nature should continue (like ownership of your data, disclaimers and limits on liability) survive after your account ends.
11. Disclaimers and limits on liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Spraydar won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or results, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to cover claims brought against Spraydar by others that arise from data you upload or from your breaking these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date, and for significant changes we'll let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use Spraydar after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
